Hello, it's a beautiful day to talk about real estate.

One thing that I wanted to share with you today
is a program called Mass Save.

If you own property in Massachusetts and you've
never had mass save out to your house, this is definitely
something that you should do. I'm going to include the link
here for you.

Basically they can give you rebates, they give you some free
energy stuff, they go through your property and right now
they're doing everything through video.

So you video take them around your house and show them things
and they're going to give you rebates, and they're going to give
you incentives.

Everything is free and if you want to add insulation to your
house they'll show you some different ways to save energy.
If you want to update your heating system, this is a big deal
because there are rebates on heating systems and
you can get an enormous savings and they'll finance them,
financing is very low, sometimes it's 0% depending on the
program that you qualify for.
