How to make cream cheese garlic bread:
Soft Bread:
In a large bowl, add all the following ingredients
110ml Milk (1/2 CUP)
30g Sugar (2 TBSP)
4g Instant dry yeast (1 TSP)
250g Bread flour (1 CUP)
3g Salt (1/2 TSP)
Crack and add 1 Egg
Mix and combine everything together
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Add 20g Unsalted butter (1-1/4 TBSP) to the dough
Knead for 15 minutes
Spray oil into a bowl, add your dough and cover it up
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
Knead for 2 minutes
Quarter the dough and roll each piece into a balls
On a baking pan layered with parchment paper, add your 4 dough balls
Rise for 30 minutes
Bake at 350f/180c for 20 minutes

Cream Cheese Whip:
In a bowl, add 200g-250g of Cream Cheese
Followed by 30g og Sugar (2 TBSP)
And 50g of Whipping Cream (3.5 TBSP)
Whisk everything together and add the mix to a piping bag

Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, add you 130g Unsalted butter melted (2/3 CUP)
Also add 50g Garlic (3.5 TBSP)
And 30g Condensed milk (2 TSP)
Crack and add 1 Egg
Also add 20g of Honey (2 TSP)
And finally 3g of Parsley

Finishing the cream cheese garlic bread:
Take your rolls out of the oven
Cut a plus sign into the top of each, not cutting all the way to the bottom
Pipe your cream cheese into the buns
top all the buns with your garlic butter
Bake at 350f/180c for 10 minutes
