I AM NOT SPONSORED, this is video proof I have to email to the company so I decided to upload it to my YT as well.

So I’m having a couple issues with these batteries. This video is for their customer service. I have been in email contact with them trying to get my tombstone and PS1 replaced. Both are under warranty, the service reps are slow when it comes to emailing back.

Not sure if I like the company. Love the products except for when they break and the company doesn’t want to reply when it comes to replacements
