Post and wire supports for cordon fruit trees

Описание к видео Post and wire supports for cordon fruit trees

Our cordon apples and pears are supported by wooden posts and wires. The old posts were rotten and needed replacing. In this video we tackle the pear cordons, replacing the posts and the top rail, fixing new wires, and tying in the trees. I also show how to fix wires in place with vine eyes, clamps, and thimbles, and tension them with barrel strainers.
