🧾 Steps to Preview the Report:
1️⃣ Go to Supplier Module → select Supplier Balance Report
2️⃣ Choose the date range you want to view, and set additional filters if needed
3️⃣ Click Apply to display the data
4️⃣ The system will automatically show each supplier’s outstanding amount, opening balance, and closing balance
5️⃣ To preview in a report format, click the Preview button on the top
6️⃣ Select any available report format in the system, and SQL will generate a full report including document numbers and total amounts
