こんにちは、気温差が激しい日々ですが、
皆さんお元気ですか？

12月は、年末の慌ただしさとワクワク感がありますね。
朝は、冬の綺麗な景色を眺めて、体に優しいご飯、
　少しづつ大掃除をはじめ、部屋も少し飾り付けをしました。

お茶時間も簡単に楽しめるおやつとミルクたっぷりのカフェラテ、
夕飯は、ほっとする煮物で、心も体も温まりました。

December brings both the year-end hustle and bustle and an exciting atmosphere. In the morning, I enjoy the beautiful winter scenery, have a nourishing meal, gradually start the big cleaning, and decorate the room a bit.

For tea time, I had a simple and enjoyable snack along with a milk-rich café latte. For dinner, a comforting simmered dish warmed both my heart and body.
