The 1st Annual WildmanPete.com Golf Tournament was held on February 6-7, 2026 in Jacksonville, FL. We played at the Golf Club of South Hampton in St. John’s, FL. We had 20 guys participate in this first annual event with some traveling from Maryland, Northern Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and from all over Florida! It was an amazing group of guys of all ages, from all walks of life and in all stages of life which made the meetings and conversations that much more enjoyable!

The weather was great, and the golf was excellent! The format for both days was a 4 man captain's choice/scramble where Day 1 teams were formed and grouped by “friends and family” and those who were more familiar with each other… but Day 2 was pure random draw, seeking to even up the teams! If the results on Day 2 are any indication we did just that! THREE teams were tied at -9, one was at -7 and the final at -6… that’s a pretty tight distribution! The tie breaker was based on the final 9 holes played with the first place team going -6 and the second place team -5 so there was some sharp shooting going on out there to bring it home!
