Hi to all ka traveller’s we have a new video/vlog release Experience this 1.9-km loop trail near Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 38 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are June through OctoberA short trail that can be hiked either direction in a loop to two viewpoints overlooking Star Creek Falls and a 75 metre deep canyon. Walking it clockwise, it begins with a creek crossing in the canyon on a new (2017) bridge and then climbs singletrack and doubletrack in the forest on the east side of Star Creek to good views of the falls and Crowsnest Mountain from the top of the canyon.

It then descends into the canyon above the falls, crosses Star Creek on another new bridge, climbs the west bank on singletrack, and meets a doubletrack that leads down to a viewpoint on the edge of the canyon north of the falls.

The loop returns to the parking area via an OHV trail on the west side of the creek.

There is also a short trail from the first bridge into the bottom of the canyon below the falls, but the main falls are not visible from this trail.. .
