With the recent publication of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Final Rate Announcement, payments to MA plans include up to a 3.70% increase on average, or over $16 billion compared to 2024. However, changes to the Star Ratings program specifically are expected to decrease payments to plans by 0.11%.
