Jagex false banned me for botting

Today I logged into my OSRS account for the first time in months. Apparently I got banned for macroing. This just serves as another video (amongst many others) who have been falsely banned by Jagex. It sucks to lose the countless hour of progress (and real money) and I have no choice but to make one last fruitless attempt to get some type of exposure for my account. I have played games my entire life, and have never once used a bot or a macro to help me in any way shape or form. This is very disheartening and has left me with a sour taste. Mod Ash even replied to me, and basically told me there is nothing he can do which was an even larger gut punch.

The appeal is still pending, but I am sure that it will be denied. Runescape, it was a fun 20+ years but I can't continue to support a Company that falsely banned me.
