TOTAL INSANITY after I caught a POSTSEASON HOME RUN at Game 2 of the ALDS at Camden Yards!

Could this have been ANY crazier?! This entire day was WILD . . . from the action during batting practice to the pre-game intensity of the crowd to Mitch Garver's grand slam to Corey Seager becoming the first player in MLB history to walk five times in one postseason game . . . and of course I caught a home run on top of all of that.

With nobody out in the bottom of the 5th inning, Gunnar Henderson connected on a 3-2 pitch from Jordan Montgomery and sent his 1st career postseason home run flying in my direction. For some strange reason, none of the fans on the Flag Court even moved for the ball (until the very last second when a few people reached up), so my challenge was to weave in and out of everyone and carefully get to the spot where the ball was going to land, and then BOOM! I caught it!!

I already posted the home run clip on social media, and of course the false accusations have been flying -- everything from "this is fake" to "this guy knocks down kids" to people claiming that Gunnar wanted the ball and that I refused to give it to stadium security and left with it. LOLWUT? As you can see for yourself, none of that happened. I stuck around for the entire game, security never approached me, and it was an overwhelmingly joyous moment.

Unfortunately, though, the Baltimore Orioles lost the game and eventually this series to the Texas Rangers, so who knows if/when I'll be at another game this season?
