Pav Bhaji | पाव भाजी कैसे बनाते है |

PAV BHAJI

Ingredients

Pavs to serve
5-6 medium potatoes, boiled, and peeled
6-8 tbsps butter + for toasting
2 tbsps garlic paste
2 tbsps red chilli paste
2-3 medium onions, finely chopped
2-3 medium tomatoes
Salt to taste
3 tbsps pav bhaji masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 small green capsicum, finely chopped
20-25 small cauliflower florets, boiled and drained
¼ cup boiled green peas
3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method

1. Heat 2 tbsps butter in a tawa. Add garlic paste and red chilli paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add onions, mix and sauté till golden brown.
2. Finely chop the tomatoes, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add salt, 2 tbsps pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, and mix well.
4. Add green capsicum, cauliflower, green peas, mash the potatoes and add into the mixture and mash well with the help of a masher.
5. Add 1 cup water, mix and continue to mash.
6. Add 1 cup water, continue to mix and mash. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add remaining butter, coriander leaves and mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
8. Heat butter in the same tawa, place the pav and cook on both sides
