High Priority Case Creation with Instant Custom Notification and Display Success Message
Description:
As a customer support agent,
I want to create a new case with the fields Subject, Priority, Type, Case Reason, Description and Assign User,
So that I can manage customer issues effectively, especially when handling high-priority cases.
Acceptance Criteria:
Case Creation Form:
The form should include the following fields:
• Subject
• Priority
• Type
• Case Reason
• Description
• Assign To (User Lookup field)
When the Submit button is clicked:
A new case record should be created with the specified details.
High Priority Notification:
If the Priority is set to "High":
A custom notification should be sent immediately to the assigned user.
Notification Details:
Title: Alert-High Priority Case
Body Massage:
Created Case Number[12345]-High Priority Case Assigned to You
Success Screen Message:
Message Example: Case Number [12345] successfully created.
