Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi was born in Noda city,Japan on Dec. 2, 1931.
Warrior name: Yoshikai, Tezusan, Hisamune.
He'd started training in martial arts at the age of 7.

Dr. Hatsumi is also the founder & International Director of the Bujinkan with it's Hombu Bujinden Dojo in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
He is married to Ms. Mariko Hatsumi a very famous Japanese dance teacher.
After training with Toshitsugu Takamatsu (the last true living Ninja) Soke Hatsumi inherited the 9 Ninjutsu traditions listed below from Soke Takamatsu two years before his passing in 1972.
