Slam Out Loud uses the art of spoken word poetry to create ripples; and their team including the founder, the children and a fellow will speak on the Power of Having a Voice. ASCI uses arts in education to make learning extraordinary, and the power of community in order to instil leadership, expression and mindfulness in youth and children. Their vision is of a society where “every individual has a voice” and is empowered to create social change. Their Project Slam Out Loud that uses the art of spoken word poetry is already creating ripples.
