Hey everyone! My name is Stas Sherbakov. Many people asked me about webster. And now i d like to tell you few words

about this element.There re two types of webster: gymnastic(with arched back) and tucked webster(used mostly in

freerun). To perform webster well u must learn front handspring first!
Step one is set up: kicking leg goes over your body, body goes down then motion with your hands!
Step two is flight: kicking leg goes to the floor during all time of this flip in half-bowed position. Another leg is

straight and it goes after kicking leg! You must see the floor till you land flip. And one more important shit is that

your body must be in one position(level) during rotation.
Step 3 is landing: it must be not hard and on your toes, second leg lands near kicking leg.
The diffirence between gymnastic webster and freerun webster is that in freerun webster your shoulders go up and you must take tuck! .
