HEATER BLOWS COLD WHEN DRIVING THE CAR, HOT WHEN IDLES

If you car heater starts blowing cool or cold air when you drive you car on the highway in cold weather this is a sign that you might have a bad thermostat. If your heater blows warm hot air when the car idles or when not driving but it starts to blow cooler / cold air when you drive on the highway you will need to check you thermostat. We used OBD scanner to check the real time coolant temperature and that way we will know if we need a thermostat.
