Welcome to the complete installation guide for the MINI-150UVALK Reverse Osmosis System. In this video, we walk you through the entire process, from preparing your under-sink area to the final leak check and startup.

This system features a UV sterilization stage and a mineralizer to ensure you have the safest and best-tasting drinking water. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a leak-free installation.

I. Preparation & Initial Placement

Clearing space under the sink.

Positioning the tank & system (checking for power outlet & cold water line).

Placing a bucket to catch water spills.

Connecting the Feed Water Adapter (Important: Do NOT use Teflon tape here).

Marking the wall for mounting screws.

Installing the Tank Ball Valve (Use 7 rounds of Teflon tape).

Connecting tubes & temporary wall mounting to check fit.

II. Faucet & Drain Installation

Marking and drilling the ½ inch hole for the RO faucet.

Mounting the drinking water faucet.

Drilling the drain pipe and installing the drain saddle.

III. Final Assembly & Startup

Inserting the UV bulb into the stainless steel chamber.

Final wall mounting & connecting all tubing (Inlet, Drain, Faucet, Tank).

Installing Pre-Filter Cartridges (Sediment & Carbon Blocks) & powering the UV.

System Leak Check.

Flushing the system & final water readiness.

💡 Important Installation Tips:
Feed Water Adapter: Do not use Teflon tape on the adapter threads; rely on the rubber washer for the seal.

Tank Valve: Be sure to apply approx. 7 wraps of Teflon tape to the tank threads before screwing on the valve.

First Use: Allow the water to flush through the system for a few minutes to clear out carbon dust before drinking.
