My buddy Josh and I went to check out some new landscapes. We climbed up a trail in our trucks. I should have filmed it, but it was so sketchy going up, so we plowed thru it.
We came across a big fire in the direction we were heading. We stopped for a moment and checked out the fire. After a while some firefighters rolled up in a UTV and said we were good to go forward. Just not to linger too long. After passing that spot up, we drove for another hour or so until we got into some trees. It was a great spot. Surrounded by trails. I was able to film some of the trails before my camera died. I'll be better prepared next time. No music Because I was rushed editing this.

The Love Fire is estimated to be about 30 acres in size and is burning in pinon and juniper on Love Mesa in the Uncompahgre National Forest, approximately 35 miles west of Montrose. In a post on Facebook Delta County officials said a hotshot crew, a type two helicopter and multiple engines are fighting the fire.
