making ditto ice box cookies | Pokemon themed food

Hello :) Today, we have quick and easy recipe for ice box cookies that just happened to have transformed into Ditto. Whether you're looking for a fun baking idea or simply craving a sweet treat to brighten your day, these icebox cookies are sure to delight. This is perfect for anyone who is a fan of pokemon or something other than a drop cookie. It uses basic ingredients and doesn't take much skill or experience. It's perfect for even the beginner baker.

Ingredients:
75g unsalted butter, room temp
60g powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
155g all purpose flour
15 almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
purple food colouring
chocolate for decorating

1. mix butter
2. add sugar and salt to the butter and cream
3. add egg and vanilla. mix well
4. add in flour, almond flour and baking powder. mix until a dough forms
5. add food colouring until you get the desired colour
6. shape into a ditto
7. wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
8. cut cookies
9. bake for 15 minutes at 320F (160C). keep the cookies in the fridge as the oven heats
10. cool cookies on a wire rack
11. draw on a face with melted chocolate
