While we went into this experience keeping expectations low, we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the service, and the ambience of Jack Binion’s Steak, and are utterly flabbergasted as to why this hidden gem of a Steakhouse in the center of the Las Vegas Strip doesn’t seem to get the praise that it deserves!
