lemon cake recipe 🍋
270g all-purpose flour
100g granulated sugar
10g baking powder
a pinch of salt
70g canola oil
70g lemon juice
210ml plant-based milk (i used oat milk)
2 tbsp yogurt (i used coconut yogurt)
2 tbsp lemon zest
glaze :
50g powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix and then add the wet ingredients, mix again. bake at 180°C for 35/45min depending on your oven and your cake pan. for the glaze i started with 50g powdered sugar and kept on adding both powdered sugar and lemon juice until i had enough in quantity and the consistency that i wanted. send me pictures on IG if you try it 🤍
