Kinda got sick of those clickbait Fallout76 level up guides where the video tells you "get a friend to help you" or "pre-farm exp items", lets be real, getting a loyal friend to play FO76 with for 3 hours ain't a thing and no new player is gonna walk around the 76 world for 50 Leader Bobbleheads fighting Super Mutants as lvl2.

Run briefing:
First run out of vault and talk to the first human NPCs to obtain a Machete.
Join someone near Whitespring, fast travel near WS Golf Club, and just use the explosive cars as bombs.
Prio INT & Inspirational perk and later AGI perks that helps running.
Lunchboxes(item) will dramatically increase exp gain, can be obtained on Scoreboard (only rank3 season 11) or at Atomstore.
DoubleEXP weekend is HIGHLY recommended or this process would take 4hours at least.

I would say reaching 50 under 2hours is a possibility for the fact that i had hurdles where other players were at the area aggroing ghouls, Windows11 lag issues, and really bad RNG on Unyielding gear (where i only got 1)
