Tesla Model S 12-16 HID xenon headlight upgrade - replacing retrofitting new HID bi-xenon projectors

DIY on how to replace the Xenon HID projectors of the Tesla Model S 2012-2016 - HID xenon headlights. We have developed a kit to replace the original Visteon HID projectors with better Aharon Optimus NT 3" bi-xenon projectors. The original projectors can/will burn and lose their reflective layer.

With this kit you can upgrade/repair the headlights of the Model S. Installation is not easy because the headlights are sealed with permaseal.

When you have an EU Tesla Model S, we advise first replacing the 25 watt HID system with 35 watt ballasts and 35 watt HID xenon bulbs (low cost and easier to install). This can be done with our stage 1 kit: https://retrofitlab.com/products/tesl...
