In this video we introduce the diagram called a demand curve, which shows the relationship between quantity demanded and the price of a product. We make an important distinction between changes in quantity demanded, which are movements up and down along the demand curve caused by changes in price, and shifts of the demand curve, which are caused by a range of other factors affecting the demand for a product.
