I’m an uber glitter fiend, so sparkles automatically make my heart pitter patter. These Dazzle Sticks are loaded with flecks of multidimensional, prismatic pearls, and they’re rich and pigment-packed. They also stay put and last all day – I was super impressed! Glittery makeup can sometimes be a fallout nightmare, but these shadows have a unique water-based formula, and as the water evaporates, it dries down to a smooth finish.
