In this quick video, we'll show you how you can create a poll and embed it on your Wix site.

Adding a poll to your site can boost engagement by encouraging visitors to interact with your content. Polls provide quick, real-time feedback, helping you better understand your audience’s preferences and opinions. They can also serve as a tool for decision-making, such as gauging interest in new products or services, or collecting input for future content. Additionally, polls make your site more dynamic and increase the chances of visitors spending more time on your pages, improving overall user experience and potentially SEO performance.

📝How to Make a Poll and Add it to Wix:

1) Login to your Opinion Stage dashboard and click on 'Create New' in the top left-hand corner and then select 'Poll'.

2) You can choose if you want to create a poll from scratch or from a template. If you choose to create a poll from a template, choose the template you like and then click on 'Edit Template' to copy the template to your items.

3) Edit the poll. Add in your question and choose the answer layout you want. You can also add a cover image/video and add images/videos to your answer options. Customize your poll by choosing from different color themes and fonts to match your poll's topic. If you want to change everything, you can upload your custom CSS.

4) Click 'Publish' to publish your poll.

5) Next, click on the ‘Share’ button (located at the top of the screen) and choose the ‘Wix’ tab. Click on ‘Copy Code’.

6) Open your Wix site editor and click on the ‘+’ or ‘Add’.

7) Click on ‘Embed’ and ‘Embed a Widget’.

8) Select ‘Enter Code’, paste the HTML code you copied into the box, and click ‘Apply’. Now drag the container to the right spot on your site.
