If you're looking for what to do in Oxford, join us as we explore the University of Oxford's Ashmolean Museum. It is the oldest public museum in the world, and contains Ancient Egyptian mummies, Roman and Greek sculptures, suits of Samurai armour and art by Michelangelo and Raphael. There's even the lantern that Guy Fawkes carried beneath the Houses of Parliament on the night of the Gunpowder Plot - when they would ignite barrels of gunpowder and so kill the King and all the assembled Lords.

The Ashmolean Museum is free to visit and is one of the top Oxford attractions.
