Kaefer - WINNER Inclusion and Diversity Award - RIN Awards 2024

Kaefer are a leader in workplace Inclusion and Diversity with a variety of programs and inclusive hiring practices. People often just need a start and Kaefer is providing this platform through their in-house Scaffolding Cadetship. In a traditional male-dominated field with only 1% female representation, this program offers a great entry level opportunity for everyone. The program has seen 24 cadets retained and has proven to be a succession pipeline with career progression into planning and supervisor roles. With significant investment into a fit-for-purpose training centre, Kaefer has provided a safe and productive training environment to learn. Kaefer has embedded Inclusion and Diversity by running targeted advertising covering topics such as Indigenous, Women and Disability campaigns. Celebrations are also held monthly which forms the perfect opportunity to educate their workforce that a diverse workforce is good business.
