STEP 3: Participant Agreement
STEP 4: Select 'Join"
STEP 5: "Enroll"
STEP 6: Sign Up (Or Login if you have already created an account)
STEP 7: Apply for the WIOA Training Grant

CAREER PORTAL: Within 30 days from enrollment you will receive an invitation to the Employer Partner Portal to create your Career Profile.
Once you receive your invitation via email:

Step 8: Create your Career Profile
Step 9: Build your profile
Step 10: Upload or Build your Resume
Step 11: Participate in Quarterly Career Fairs with Employer Consortium Partners
