The ingredients for Lobster Mornay:

1 Cooked Lobster
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Nutmeg Powder
¼ White Onion
Pinch of White Pepper
Pinch of Bread Crumbs
¼ tsp of Mustard
2-3 Stems of Parsley
1 tbsp of Chopped Parsley
2 Cloves
250 ml of Milk
30 g of Butter
30 g of Flour
100 g of Cheddar Cheese
100 g of Parmesan Cheese
