Art Studio Visit, Trauma Journal Play; Working on my Trauma Journal

In this video, I work on a few pages of my trauma journal and give you a tour of what I have so far. I give a piece of my snippet roll a home, embellish and improve a few pages as well as a journal card you saw me make in a previous video, the Making Decorative Papers for the Trauma Journal Video. I use a momigami paper I made to give the journal card a backing. This journal is not done, but it is filling up fast! In my trauma journal, you can see how I incorporate many, many of the things I have made in previous videos. This video is really just about how I build my trauma journal by incorporating art and decorations I've already made and how I embellish them further. Decorating and organizing your trauma or grief journal can be a fun, soothing thing to do to help you relax and can give you a nice break from more intense grief/trauma work.
