Swati Maliwal Assaulted Case : आम आदमी पार्टी की राज्यसभा सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल के साथ कथित मारपीट मामले में सभी को दिल्ली पुलिस के अगले कदम का इंतजार है. लोग बड़ी बेसब्री से इस घटना का पटाक्षेप होते देखना चाहते हैं. कैसे मारपीट हुई? किसके कहने पर मारपीट हुई? मारपीट की नौबत क्यों आई? इन सारे सवालों से पर्दा नहीं उठ रहा है. बता दें कि दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल के निजी सचिव विभव कुमार के द्वारा मालीवाल के साथ कथित मारपीट होने की बात सामने आने के बाद से ही दिल्ली की राजनीतिक तापमान में अचानक गर्माहट महसूस होने लगी थी. लेकिन, स्वाति मालीवाल के पीछे हटने के कारण अब यह मामला ठंडा पड़ता दिख रहा है. ऐसे में सवाल यह उठता है कि दिल्ली पुलिस के पास अब क्या-क्या विकल्प बचे हैं? क्या इस मामले को खत्म कर दिया जाएगा या फिर पुलिस किसी दूसरे विकल्पों पर विचार करेगी? पुलिस कब तक रख सकती है पीसीआर कॉल पेंडिंग?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जेल में बंद दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत की याचिका पर सुनवाई के फैसला सुना दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को राहत देते हुए जमानत दे दी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को एक जून तक अग्रिम जमानत दी है. केजरीवाल अब आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के लिए चुनाव प्रचार कर पाएंगे. बता दें कि ED ने अंतरिम जमानत दिए जाने का विरोध किया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि हमें कोई समान लाइन नहीं खींचनी चाहिए. उन्हें मार्च में गिरफ़्तार किया गया था और गिरफ़्तारी पहले या बाद में भी हो सकती थी. अब 21 दिन इधर-उधर से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा. 2 जून को अरविंद केजरीवाल सरेंडर करेंगे. जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना और दीपांकर दत्ता की खंडपीठ ने यह फैसला सुनाया है.
