Can You Beat Genshin Impact Using Only 1 Star Weapons?!

Not every weapon in Genshin Impact goes well with every character. There are some weapons that are tailored towards one specific character and are kind of useless on any other character. But what about the weapons that are good on absolutely nobody? Thats right- One-star weapons. They're so bad that you shouldn't even bother leveling them... so I won't.
Rules:
I can only use 1-star weapons on all of my characters.
I cannot level the weapons I use.
I can level weapons I don't use for stuff like achievements.
