Apparently this morning some how there was a bug that's was since patched with the new Epic+ Pack you could craft with 8 rare LE. It was supposed to be 99% Epic and 1% Legendary but seemed somehow they must have accidentally coded with with 99% legendary maybe even 100% 🤷 When I heard about this I had to try it myself and record if it's worked.
