A commercial lien is a contract that describes the torts (personal injuries that violates ones rights) in an affidavit and requires the Wrongdoer to write a sworn affidavit that controverts your claims or suffer having a debt enforced upon them that cannot be removed by any judge. Of course the Wrongdoers hate the idea of having a non-removable debt judgment placed against them and unlawfully charge people in some cases with paper terrorism. So.. a commercial debt claim is a very dangerous instrument both for the presenter and for the party it is filed against. I dont recommend any one who has not completely studied this process and is very familiar with court defense do any commercial liens based upon a NOL , you can send a demand for the payment of the debt due you based upon the contract they voluntarily agreed to (by tacit agreement). A lot of research should go into understanding the correct way of prosecuting a Commercial lien before doing one. So Caveat Emptor, use at your own risk.
