Arctic Cat 4x4 Actuator Problems

In todays video we are tearing down the 4x4 Actuator in the Arctic Cat 650h1. In previous videos you have learned that this part has failed. Arctic Cat says this part is non serviceable , and I believe that almost everything can be fixed. What the 4x4 Actuator inside appears to look like hooked up to a multimeter is that the limit switch has failed. this is causing the motor to spin to the end and pop off track before it stops the 4x4 motor. I got some new parts ordered and we'll see if this is the case or not. time will tell.
