So I've been asked during arbitrations and it's like, "CJ, you seem to really love the arbitration process. Why? How could you just love this process?" Well, it brings up my prior career. I was a plaintiff's trial lawyer. What does that mean? I was the guy picking juries, cross-examining witnesses, arguing for millions of dollars to be awarded to my clients who were victims of car accidents and slip and falls, medical malpractice, employment discrimination.
