This week on the DoneDeal YouTube channel we're reviewing the BMW M5. So far it's taken the Irish scene by storm all thanks to the perfect blend of power, performance and a surprisingly great proposition for the money.

With a starting price of just €137,000, the M5 is available for a substantially lower price than its younger sibling - the M3. This is largely thanks to the 18kWh battery and electric motor, as it falls into a much more reasonable VRT bracket.

Prices aside, the M5 has steered further into doing what it does best - EVERYTHING!

If you want a great jolt on a bendy country road, them M5 is extremely engaging and surpassingly responsive given its weight. But you can also drive in in fully electric mode around town and to drop the kids off to school.

Overall it's an exceptional package and we're not surprised to see it perform really well in Ireland.
