THE NORTH WEST WANDERER Best Diesel tour of 24 Class 40, 45, 50, 10/08/2024

Today we were treated to possibly the best Diesel tour in a long time 'the north west wanderer' with several locos working different sections from crew to Carlisle, Preston to Hellifield and onward to crewe via Bentham to Carnforth . Best watched to the end locos were, BR Class 50050 (D400) Fearless and BR Class 45 45118 THE Royal Artilleryman seen at woodhouse, lucky or not with the pendo, moving on to Ribblehead with a yapping dog, Peak 45118 leading with 50050 on the rear, moving on to Giggleswick bank BR Class 40 40013 (D400) Andania leading a failed Hoover with Peak 45118 on the rear, in the distance you can see Tangmere heading for hellifield on the return from Carlisle, Please like and subscribe if you enjoyed the vidio, thanks .
