Sinister Strife Hachiman can be obtained through the new Charon's Journey Event. The skin will costs 1,200 gems to purchase, but will be on sale for 800 gems the first couple of weeks after it's released. You can also roll on the events chest for 400 gems for a chance at one of the 8 items, or buy everything at once for 8,200 gems. However, this option will also be on sale for 2,400 the first couple of weeks.
