3 teaspoons Cooking Oil (I use Avocado Oil)
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 tablespoon Coriander seeds (crushed)
1⁄2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
3 tablespoons Coriander leaves
1⁄2 inch Ginger (cuushed)
1⁄2 teaspoon Coriander powder
Salt (to taste)
Green chillies (to taste)
