MTV Public Service Announcement on HIV/AIDS Featuring Japan's First Lady, Mrs. Akie Abe

This MTV public service announcement (PSA) featuring the first lady of Japan was produced to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS. She is joined by five Japanese youth volunteers who are interested in helping to prevent the spread of AIDS as well. The video is part of an HIV/AIDS awareness campaign created through the collaborative efforts of First Lady Akie Abe and the MTV Staying Alive Foundation. The PSA is available in English and Japanese and is being broadcast not only in Japan but also on MTV channels across Asia. JCIE/ Friends of Global Fund, Japan, is working with Mrs. Abe to coordinate the collaboration among the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and partners in Japan.
