Today we are doing our take on Turbo Duels on Dueling book with solar's Shiranui and dungeon saber Red Dragon Archfiend / Odd-Eyes round 2. We have implemented our own rules that we feel makes it fun for us and makes sense. Counter usage is generic at this time at some point we are going to take inspiration from duel links and have different runners / d-wheels to choose from. If you would like to take part in this project just join the discord server and message dungeon saber duelist.

Each person that is part of this project will choose a specific avatar to represent them no matter what deck they use.

Turbo Duel rules

Counter gains
Standby phase +1 counter each
Normal Summon a monster +1 counter
Synchro summon a monster +3 counters
Fusion, Link, XYZ summon a monster +1 counter
Pendulum summon +2 counters

You need counters to activate spells and traps
Field spells will be activated in the normal spell / trap zone

need 0 counter to activate - ritual spells

Need 1 counter to activate - Normal spells, continuous spells, equip spells, field spells and pendulum monsters in spell zones

need 2 counters to activate - quick play spells, normal trap, continuous trap

need 3 counters to activate - counter trap

What you can use the counters for
Generic counter use (cannot be negated)
4 counters - inflict 800 damage to your opponent
7 counters - draw 1 card
10 counters - destroy 1 card on the field
