1. download BF 10.4.0 which see your OMNIBUS F3

2. download ImpulseRC to put FC into DFU Mode

3. Just Flash .hex file directly like in video!

4. than i'm setting up this OMNIBUSF3 and bind it to FrSky XM+
it's extras! thats why video is so long, dont watch if you dont have time.
