No more wallowing in my sadness and tears... it's time I finally stand up and make the changes I want to see for myself.. I learned throughout these past couple of weeks that.. the reason why it's so hard for me to believe in myself and walk/talk with confidence is because.. I haven't learned to trust in my own word.. so that just means.. If I want to see a change in my life.. I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT..

That's why i'm going out there and putting use to this time I have.. to explore different hobbies, endeavors, rest, deconstruct and reconstruct so that I'm actively healing and rebuilding!!
I used to be in a mindset of "oh I'll just cruise by or fool around until I feel ready." but the reality of this mindset is that.. I WILL NEVER BE READY UNLESS I START "ACTING" READY..

So this is my active healing arc now.. we're putting the rubber to the road ❤️
