High Protein Cookie Dough Protein Bar | Snack | Low Carb | Keto | Sugar Free | BHU Bar Copycat Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup cashew butter
3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 packet or scoop snickerdoodle Keto Chow (or protein powder of choice)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add cashew butter, sugar-free maple syrup, Keto Chow, coconut flour, and sugar-free chocolate chips.
Mix well until incorporated and a dough forms
Using a cookie scoop, roll into balls, or use a mini loaf pan to shape into bars.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
