Husqvarna 585 Working Review With Husqvarna C83 Chain & 28in X-Tough Bar, Case 450 Dozer Skidding

Basically my life in the late summer through the fall. I've been trying out a variety of saws over the years looking for that blend of power, easy time living with the saw, reliability, cost, support. I've for the most part settled on the Husqvarna 572's "tweaked" HTSS style with a little more compression & a few other changes. I bought this 585 to try and was more than pleasantly surprised. The low vibration, low noise, less weight than the g395 although more than a 572 all added up to a great saw for felling in the woods for me.

Weight didn't bother me as much as I expected. The easy power & quiet way made up for the weight difference for me. Love this saw. And now this is a year later and appreciate it even more.....an up coming video when I'm in the middle of logging jobs will happen.
