Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has released the first footage showing the extradition of a Russian citizen accused of attempting to assassinate Lieutenant General Vladimir Alexeyev, a senior military intelligence official.

According to authorities, the suspect was detained in Dubai with assistance from the United Arab Emirates before being handed over to Russian officials to face justice. The FSB said the case involves additional accomplices, including a detained man and a woman who managed to flee to Ukraine.

The attempted assassination has heightened security concerns around senior Russian officials, with investigators continuing to examine possible motives, coordination, and external involvement.
