In this video, you'll meet Daniel - he came to us with chronic neck and upper back pain.

We have been working his neck and upper back- making those tissues better.

Now, we are working his lower half. But why? He came in for neck pain, right?

Yes! That's correct. The test we measured is called the Kneeling Hip Extension. This tests the mobility and health of his hip flexors, which were restricted! Full range of motion for this test is 12 inches. He came in at around 75% functionality.

Adhesion can make you weak, leading to decreased motion. This will alter your mechanics and load other tissues like the neck!

When the core is not strong enough to stabalize everything that it supports, it can load the neck and make his symptoms worse!

Our treatment follows the Test, Treat, Re-Test model.
After the initial passes, we re-measured. His right ended at 91% functionality. The left increased to 83%. Still better than before, but we wanted to get more!
